Phases of Development
Listed below are the usual phases for the development of a community-centered neighbourhood. The items may not be inclusive and may occur in a slightly different order. This will provide insight into the process, activities and commitment that will occur over the two-year time frame for building.
A - - DEVELOP A CORE GROUP (we are here)

- Attend meetings of existing community-centered and cohousing neighbourhoods.
- Set up group working structure; develop group process/Sociocracy skills.
- Examine commitment to this community.
